DM Magnetic PVC Film 800 µm BASELINE is a heavy-gauge printable magnet for UV and UVgel work where stronger attachment is the priority. With a magnetic force of 35-43 g/cm², it is designed to hold larger static graphics securely on clean, smooth iron or steel-based surfaces.

The matte white PVC face enables direct printing of promotional, display and interior graphics, while the flexible magnetic backing supports fast installation and later removal. Choose this grade when a 600 µm film does not provide enough force but the application does not require the specific 850 µm vehicle-signage positioning. Check media thickness limits, transport path and steel components on the printer before production.
